With a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology focused on spirituality, mind, and body from Columbia University, Grace bridges deep psychological understanding with intuitive and energetic work. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, astrologer, and Kabbalist, and is known for her ability to hold women through powerful inner transformation while keeping their feet firmly on the ground.

How much time should I expect to dedicate each week? Specifically, how many hours of coaching and work are included over the six months?
Expect to spend 1-2 hours per week on the program. On average you can expect 1 hour of live time with the group and another 1 hour spent on your own going deeper with journal prompts and exercises for integration.
Pure Gold clients experience feeling more fulfilled, secure and confident in themselves, feeling more self love, more supported and empowered.

This is made for the high-achieving woman, so she is usually a busy woman ;) From the professional to the mother of little ones to the entrepreneur. As long as you carve out just a couple hours a week for your own self, you will get a lot out of this. It can be the time you take first thing when you wake up, or regularly before bed, or whenever you can fit it in. And if you can’t do that, you have bigger problems.
You will continue to have access to the Source portal for an extended integration period, allowing a gentle exit of the container. Your cohort may decide to continue community support outside of the container, providing a space for continued integration, encouragement and embodied mastery.
