Over the past decade, I have embodied each of these stages. I went from a corporate sales executive closing multi-million dollar deals to a stay-at-home mom, then to a solo entrepreneur, and now to the CEO of my own spiritual consultancy.

How much time should I expect to dedicate each week? Specifically, how many hours of coaching and work are included over the six months?
Expect to spend 2-3 hours per week on the program. On average you can expect 1.5 hours of live time with the group and another 1 hour spent on your own going deeper with exercises, journal prompts, etc.
My clients experience feeling more fulfilled, more secure and confident in themselves, having more self love, feeling more connected to the universe.
We’ll have a platform housing the contents of the program, exercises and opportunities to go deeper with the concepts, and spaces for discussion with the group. The group will be active and I’ll be active there reminding you of next steps, inviting you to reflect and go deeper.
Pure Gold balances introspection and action. The inner work is the juice of it but it’s only as effective as we integrate into our lives. The programming includes exercises to reflect and also exercises with tangible action steps attached.
Pure Gold is an intimate group. One monthly call each month is a teaching call with the full group. One monthly call each month is a soft-seat coaching call with your group. The one to two healing + guest spots each month will be in the group format. Each cohort group is capped at 10-12 and the entire program is capped at 2 cohorts so you will be able to take up plenty of space.
For the one seeking a deeper personalized experience, there is a VIP upgrade option which includes 1-1 monthly sessions with Grace to dive deep into your own journey and application to your unique life.

The program is designed to lay the foundation not just for the next year but the next 5-7 of your life. The tools and frameworks taught are yours to take and use over and over again.
For someone juggling creative and professional projects, do you think this program can integrate seamlessly, or is it best suited for a more spacious chapter of life?
This is made for the high achieving woman, so she is usually a busy woman ;) From the professional to the mother of little ones to the entrepreneur. As long as you carve out just a couple hours a week for your own self growth, you will get a lot out of this. It can be the time you take first thing when you wake up, or regularly before bed, or whenever you can fit it in. And if you can’t do that, you have bigger problems.
In-person events are optional and designed to enhance your experience. You’ll still gain tremendous value from the online programming and virtual connections with your cohort.
